Citigroup, Revamp
About the Project
The consumer division at Citi is undergoing a complete revamp program to rethink and redesign their enterprise applications to reduce manual processes, ease frictions in using their applications and retire their legacy applications. As a UX lead I coordinated the project with an interdisciplinary team of designers, developers, analysts, and business to craft a world class user experience for their internal enterprise SSO Onboarding and Project Tracking applications.
Design Process
One of the challenges with the project was to transform their waterfall project to hyper agile three weeks delivery cycle. I started the project by engaging stakeholders to apply design-thinking principles as a means to re-engineer an internal work-stream and translated the business requirements into user stories. Next step was to research what will allow to jump start on major design decisions and together solve complex problems across user journeys, manual processes, dashboards, entitlements, reporting platforms, and portals.
Implementation
Step 1 Created personas and journey maps
Step 2 Led a discovery workshop among stakeholders in order to identify a minimal viable product (MVP). Prioritize features and produce a workable prototype.
Step 3 Partnered with an Agile team to deliver a digital solution via rapid prototyping, wireframes, annotations, comps and usability studies
